The Jaguar Mark 2 is a mid-size sedan car produced from the end of 1959 to 1967 by Jaguar in Coventry, England.

Twelve months before the XJ6 was announced, it would be renamed Jaguar 240 and Jaguar 340.

Jaguar's previous models, 2.4 Liter and 3.4 Liter, made between 1955 and 1959 were identified as Mark 1 since Jaguar produced this Mark 2 model.
